The cilantro plant resembles flat parsley. Cilantro microgreens are best harvested and eaten when they have cotyledons and 1–2 true leaves.Sowing Inside
RECOMMENDED. Sow indoors any time of year. For a continual crop, sow every 7 to 14 days.
Sowing Outside
Not recommended. Microgreens are fragile, and outside soil makes them difficult to clean.
