Delicately frilled with big, fresh flavor to liven up soups, tacos, pesto, smoothies, and the list goes on. More intense flavor than the mature plant!
Delight in the freshest-of-the-fresh, cilantro microgreens with that unique flavor, unparalleled by any other herb. The intense flavor balances well with other strong-flavored ingredients, or kicks up the culinary experience when paired with mild-flavored dishes.
Variety InfoThe cilantro plant resembles flat parsley. Cilantro microgreens are best harvested and eaten when they have cotyledons and 1–2 true leaves.
RECOMMENDED. Sow indoors any time of year. For a continual crop, sow every 7 to 14 days.
Not recommended. Microgreens are fragile, and outside soil makes them difficult to clean.
