The ecard was not able to be read at checkout, despite several different people trying to input the information on the card. We were told we had to pay full amount at checkout and that someone at the store (Charlotte/Community Meetinghouse) would make sure the $200 card amount would be credited to my card. There was no follow up by the store and there has been no credit.
This was a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. She loves shopping at your nursery. She is always thrilled to receive one of your gift cards. I would prefer the "old style" plastic card to send with a birthday card but the digital card is working out fine.
