Mantises are territorial stalkers of insects. They will spend days waiting and tracking its prey. It delivers a bite to the neck, killing the insect and then savors the meal. Each egg case will hatch out 50-200 mantises.
Both eggs look intact so I have no reason to doubt that they will hatch. It has been two weeks and so far nothing, but I have bought these from Pike's before and I had no issues.
