The deep, rich color of 'Beaujolais' is sensational paired with pastel sweet peas. Spencer-type sweet peas have large flowers and sturdy, long stems which makes them ideal for bouquets and table-top arrangements. They also bloom over a longer period, sometimes into fall, where summers are mild.

Sowing Outside
RECOMMENDED. Cold Climates: 4 to 6 weeks before your average last frost date, or as soon as the soil can be worked. Mild Climates: Late fall to early winter for spring bloom. Ideal soil temperature is 55°–65°F.
