Black Gold® Natural & Organic Peat Moss Plus is a natural matter and often used to improve soil structure and help resist compaction. It is also used to raise the pH level in soil that plants such as azaleas, camellias, gardenias and rhododendrons require to flourish.
- Comprised of Canadian sphagnum peat moss, plus an added organic wetting agent to promote re-wetting.
- Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss Plus is particularly suited to acid-loving plants and may slightly lower the pH of more alkaline soils
