Cowart Black Mulch

I ordered 45 bags of mulch and due to the number of bags, paid the $100 delivery fee. It took a week to have it delivered, which I settled for that but when it was delivered from the Highland Creek location in Charlotte, NC (McKay Rd) I only got 42 bags NOT 45. I emailed the store back requesting a resolution in the form of delivering the three bags they left out or a credit on my account as I frequent this store and I am still as of today waiting on a response...... Very disappointing for a store that I love to go to and spend a lot of money at. Please do better and at the very least respond to your customers.
