Disappointed

I ordered 45 bags of mulch and due to the number of bags, paid the $100 delivery fee. It took a week to have it delivered, which I settled for that but when it was delivered from the Highland Creek location in Charlotte, NC (McKay Rd) I only got 42 bags NOT 45. I emailed the store back requesting a resolution in the form of delivering the three bags they left out or a credit on my account as I frequent this store and I am still as of today waiting on a response...... Very disappointing for a store that I love to go to and spend a lot of money at. Please do better and at the very least respond to your customers.

Customer service was outstanding with quick response and delivery (which they adjusted due to rain to keep the dry and the driveway from getting stained). The mulch makes the yard look amazing!
